If you want to copy the numeric data from one of the tables in the Details view (in order to paste it into Excel, Word or some other program), simply use the usual Copy command while the table is showing.

 

You can export the data or reports in a plansheet using the Export command.

 

If you want to copy a graphic to the clipboard (in order to use the chart in Word, PowerPoint or some other program), either click the "Copy Chart" button, or use the usual Copy command on the Edit menu.

 

If you want to copy the underlying data of the graphic as text, click the "Copy Data" button:

 

 

You could use this to copy the values used to make a chart, so that you can paste them into Excel, say, for further analysis or charting.

 

 

Graphics also can be simply saved using the Save button:

 

 

To copy the bottom-line results of one of more plans, use the Copy Results command.
