Choose a Database

When you start a new plansheet, TView asks you to tell what database you'll be using for the audience data.

A TView database is a file with the extension ".tvd".

Where Does a TVD Database Come From?

A number of TVD databases might be shared by people in your office
Some are supplied by the makers of TView
You can make your own TVD database, customized to have exactly the dates, exact daypart definitions, and networks you need. This is done with a script.  For more, see: Scripts: Creating a TVD Database.
