After you launch TView, you'll have this choice:

 

 

 

What is a "Plansheet"?

 

A plansheet is where you dig into your television plan, crafting it and refining it for the desired results.  It's the document you create in TView, just as a spreadsheet is created by Excel, or a mail message is created in your e-mail program.

 

You can create a brand new plansheet or open one that you have saved previously.

 

 

What is a "Script"?

 

You can go directly to a new plansheet and start a plan.  But if you need to define dayparts or other television options in a way you've never done before, you do that with a script.

 

 

If You're New to TView...

 

For now, just start by clicking "Create a new plansheet".  You'll next choose a TVD database.
